Service by the fly attendants was good

Cons：

My wife and I had seats 1 A&B from ATL to DUB in June of 2024. While the seats were OK for a couple flying together., the seat recline and position buttons were exceedingly difficult to operate. In addition, my seat was repaired by 4 pieces of duct tape keeping it together. And those 4 pieces of duct tape looked quite old.
